These terms apply when you buy from Northwind Trading Co. ("we") through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a stock or pricing error), if we do, you're refunded in full, promptly.

Prices & mistakes

Prices are shown in US dollars. If a listing shows an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you with the correct price before charging, you can confirm or cancel with a full refund. Checkout is processed by Stripe on their secure page; we never see your card number.

Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, including Alaska local sales taxes administered through the Alaska Remote Seller Sales Tax Commission where they apply.
