The short version

If we got it wrong (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective), we make it right at our cost: replacement or full refund, your choice. If you changed your mind, you can return unused items within 30 days.

Changed your mind

• Return window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: unused, in original packaging.
• Return shipping: paid by you.
• Refund: to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is not refunded.

What can't come back

• Opened food items (a coffee bag with a broken seal), and gift cards

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email hello@freezeframe.solutions within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, no return label games.
